Great place, small but cozy. Food is always fresh and delicious! The fresh orange juice is refreshing!! The pancakes are fluffy and filling!

Live music every night of the week call ahead if you would like the schedule. Outdoor seating available with protection from the weather. A stage for the band has a beautiful willow tree planted right in front making the arms and leaves sway to the vibrations of the music. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area and they also have a section if you would like a little quieter of an atmosphere. Large beer and wine list. Tasty expresso and cold brew with a bakery list that words do no justice for you have to see for yourself! Great place to take a date or family!

After finally deciding to go, I was totally enthralled... Awesome meal, engaging professional service, delightful atmosphere and definitely due future return visits... Love this place... It gives yiu all the feels along with a wonderful dining experience.

My husband and I were greeted with a smile as we took in the beautiful decor of this place. Both the indoor and outdoor dining area was clean and welcoming! The service was kind and the food tasted fresh and amazing!

It's the BEST breakfast place I've been to for a while. I ordered the Steak & Eggs and Leek & Gruyere Quiche and they're perfect. The steak is cooked perfectly. It's tender and juicy. The sauce is savory but not heavy. The potatoes aren't oily or too salty and the onion dice are a great addition. This restaurant knows what they're doing.

This is a cute, vibrant place with plenty of outdoor seating. It's nice to see a great mix of people. They are pet friendly, too! We ordered shrimp tacos I was hesitant, but it was a good amount of shrimp, and they hit the spot! Other orders were truffle and arugula flatbread and pizza from the kids' menu. All very good. The margaritas are a must-order. We had flight. I am not a fan of smoky drinks, so there's that. All the other ones- original, mango passionfruit, and spicy watermelon were refreshing and delicious! They also had live music on this Saturday evening, that was a plus. We will definitely come back fro coffee and breakfast... coffee first :)

I love Java Nation and supporting local businesses. The N. Bethesda location is great because of all of the outdoor seating. There's always a fun vibe. Coffee drinks done really well. Some amazing dishes and baked goods. Live music is also fun. All around great place to be with friends and feel like you're in a thriving community.

The food is tasty, but I just paid $10 for two mushroom raviolis lol. They were tasty but not worth $5 each. Aside from that, the crab dip is delicious and is good for two people. The vibe in the restaurant is fun and we always enjoy going there.

Recommended by a local resident, we came here for brunch and I highly recommend! Very filling and flavorful omelette, stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, and goat cheese. I loved sitting outdoors in the shade and under beautiful trees. Beautiful ambience, and wonderful experience. there is also a bar indoors that offers cocktails.

Yeah, Java Nation is just the kind of neighborhood place that the north Bethesda neighborhood deserves. It's a small chain but feels so homey. Don't let the "Java" fool you - this place is so much more than a coffee shop. Wonderful selection of menu items I'm most partial to the manzanella salad with various toppings such as salmon, shrimp or steak. Super fresh ingredients in a light olive oil and vinegar dressing. The burgers are great and a wonderful selection of wines, beers and other cocktails make this a place that is really a go to on any day of the week. And weekends they have live music, which is a nice bonus. Service on the weekends is quick and attentive. During the week you go inside and order while weight staff brings to your table. Don't overlook the weekend brunch although it can get quite crowded. I'm not sure there are any reservations taken. Truly, a neighborhood restaurant and then some. Simona (manager) has put together someplace that just feels like home and one never tires of going back.
